John Bryce Training China held unique seminar in technology learning for 2010

John Bryce Training China has invited the managers of human resources and training departments of the leading organizations in China to the seminar on "Modern organizational learning techniques and updates in the field of technology education for 2010."

The event was devoted to a discussion of modern approaches to learning programs and modern terminology in the field of training, and made posible personal acquaintance between colleagues. Among the companies attending the event were Huawei, ECI, Zhaopin, HP RD Center, Citi Group, JRD (TCL), Standard Chartered Bank, and more. The event was held last week at the Shanghai Westin hotel.

The main lectures delivered during the seminar, included the following topics: (1) Training technology: The principles of return on investment, delivered by Yoav Chernich, CEO of John Bryce Training China, (2) Technological trends and a look into the future in the field of training and human resources, delivered by Ramon Jao, technology consultant at John Bryce Training China, and (3) How to recruit talented employees and provide incentives for them, delivered by Jonathan Chan, director of business development in learning technologies at Microsoft. The last lecture concluded the seminar. After the lectures, a short panel discussion was conducted with participation of the lecturers, seminar attendees, and networking.

According to Yoav Chernich, "at the beginning of the New Year and of the Chinese New Year, it was important for us to update and catch up with our colleagues in the field of training and technological enrichment education in Shanghai, to foster the continued growth in the local market of the John Bryce branch in China and to maximize the knowledge and skills associated with it.
