John Bryce Training, the Training Division of Matrix, announced the launching of a new franchise model offered to organizations that will be able to operate as John Bryce Training Centers worldwide. In the past year, John Bryce Training developed a unique business model for working with franchisees and offering local service providers, integrators, and training firms an advantage on international markets. Franchisees benefit from John Bryce's know-how in promoting their businesses in countries in which they enjoy a relative advantage. Working with franchisees in certain markets around the world enables John Bryce to further expand its rapid penetration of strategic territories by means of local partners. As part of the deployment of John Bryce's franchise model on the international market, strategic agreements have been signed with franchisees in Europe. The establishment of the branches is expected to be completed within a few months, and the official activity of the franchisees in the target markets is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2010. In parallel, John Bryce Training has been operating for several years in countries such as China and Hungary by means of subsidiaries. According to Ori Lapid, VP Technologies and Global Business Development, "the unique franchise model developed by John Bryce Training for potential partners worldwide is based on dozens of years of experience acquired in Israel, Western Europe, and the Far East, and it includes a broad range of support mechanisms for local franchisees. John Bryce Training developed several "deployment plans" summarizing the knowledge needed to set up specialized IT training centers based on the evaluation of a large number of parameters describing the needs of each local market. The deployment plans address operational, financial, technological, marketing, sales, and other aspects." Lapid adds that "John Bryce Training will help new franchisees with the '10 Steps to Franchising' model it developed. The 10-step model includes, among others, conducting surveys and market research, formulating a business plan adapted to the needs of the local market, as well as comprehensive training and support until the local branch is up and running. After the cooperative work begins, John Bryce Training will continue to support franchisees in their interaction with global solution providers, such as Microsoft, Oracle, and others, with unique professional training programs, and with marketing and sales methodologies."
