John Bryce Training, the Training and Deployment Division of Matrix, announces a new-service by Microsoft: the technology lab. The new service will offer assistance to organizations in the deployment of new technologies efficiently and with minimal risk.

Organizations that start a project, or a development process within the .NET or MOSS environment, and are interested in accelerating their schedule, lowering costs, and reducing the risks associated with the project, are invited to use the Microsoft lab to form a leading team, qualify it, help it become proficient in the new technology, and even create a prototype of the project under development using the same technology - all under the guidance of John Bryce training instructors.

The Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) was offered in the past, and has been replicated in Microsoft technology centers worldwide, It is now being offered by John Bryce Training world wide, and .will offer assistance to organizations in the deployment of new technologies efficiently and with minimal risk.

The technology lab has many clear advantages. Use of the lab enables a smooth transition from the training to the application stage; customers can produce a project prototype within a month; risks to customers are very low because lab instructors have extensive field experience and have been qualified by Microsoft to provide consultation; with help of instructors it is easier to make decisions about the development of required components for the quick and satisfactory completion of the project. Using the technology lab saves costs to the organization because working under laboratory conditions quickly uncovers malfunctions and prevents subsequent mistakes.

According to Ori Lapid, Sales Deputy General Manager for Technologies at John Bryce Training: "All the advantages are important, but the most important one has to do with the fact that John Bryce Training instructors help project participants close gaps in their technological knowledge in real-time, in areas relevant to their project and needs in the field. Online training of this type ensures better assimilation of the material being learned and total familiarity with the technological tool."

"We operate two types of laboratories in cooperation with consultants from Microsoft Service Division," adds Lapid, "a private lab adapted to the needs of the organization and of the planned project and a public lab set up in advance for a specific technological field common to several organizations.
